Drawing and quote privacy

Mechanical ID Supply stores the drawing, project name, contact email, material details, and placed callouts to provide the plan workspace and exports. The edit link allows changes; the field link allows anyone who has that link to view the drawing and schedule. Keep these links within your authorized project team.

Quote requests store the contact details, item schedule, notes, and any plan link you submit so we can review specifications and respond. We do not use submissions for advertising or sell submitted drawings. Do not upload confidential plans unless you are authorized to share them. The project owner can delete a drawing and schedule from the workspace using the edit link; quote request records require contacting info@mechanicalidsupply.com for deletion.

There is no automatic expiration or automated analysis of uploaded drawings. Verify every item and location against the approved project documents before ordering or installation.
